You can use the guides and municipality lookup without creating an account or giving us contact information.

What the lookup does

The lookup runs in your browser against the 20 supported municipality names. Unsupported text is not sent to our analytics. A successful lookup can record only the supported guide slug.

Analytics

Google Analytics records page views, a completed supported-municipality lookup, and clicks to official departments, permits, assistance programs, source documents, or license tools. Analytics storage and all advertising storage are denied by default, so the site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Google receives cookieless measurement pings for these limited events.

Enhanced measurement is disabled. The site does not intentionally collect exact addresses, names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text sewer descriptions, raw location searches, or persistent personal identifiers.

Corrections

The correction option opens your own email application. The website does not store the message. Your email provider and ours process the email under their policies.

Links leave this site for municipal, utility, state, or other government websites. Their privacy practices apply after you follow a link.
